The "Next Generation" XMB theme for PSP, is Compatible with 5.50 GEN, 6.20 TN, 6.35 PRO, and 6.37 ME series custom firmware.
The Use of this theme requires that you have a homebrew-capable PSP with CXMB installed. To install, simply copy the included CTF file to the PSP/THEME folder located on your memory stick.
